These positions require individuals who are confident in building positive relationships with both candidates and staff recruiting schools and health and social care settings. An International Candidate Manager plays a crucial role in recruiting Australian, New Zealand & Canadian candidates, ensuring that only shortlisted candidates who meet our high standards are presented to schools. We also provide ongoing support to our staff through training opportunities, including our free course An Introduction to Safeguarding Course.

Additionally, our Onboarding Managers are responsible for the smooth transition and integration of new staff, while our Self-Billing Specialists handle the financial aspects of our recruitment process. With a focus on the well-being and development of young people, our team is committed to sourcing the best talent for schools, social care, and support roles in the UK.
