Prospero Teaching is actively seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in schools across London & the UK as Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants on a full-time basis for 1 academic year and longer. We also offer vacancies that are short term or part-time if that is better suited to you.

A Teaching Assistant role is both rewarding and varied, where you can work with small groups of students, 1:1 and in class.
For Learning Support Assistant roles, you will be working 1:1 or with small groups of students with advanced needs whether it is behavioural or special needs. You will gain experience in recognising gaps in learning for students and using teaching skills, following lesson plans and delivering numeracy and literacy intervention activties to raise attainment.
You will be able to analyse data and build your ability to raise attainment using key skills, lesson plans, numeracy and literacy intervention to raise attainment.
All this will build your expertise in how students make good learning progress – perfect for those with aspirations to teach.
