If you love to travel and are adventurous at heart, then teaching in Asia could be for you! Prospero Teaching works with British, IB, Canadian and American curriculum schools across the region, looking for qualified teachers from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.
East and South East Asia offer endless opportunities for qualified Primary and Secondary Teachers; whether you are looking to live in the tranquil beach-side resorts of Thailand and the Philippines, or join the hustle and bustle of city life in China and Singapore, there is an international school for everyone. Teaching in Asia is a very rewarding experience for teachers travelling alone or with family and Prospero Teaching will assist your job search, helping you find the right school with the right package.
International Schools in East and South East Asia uphold exceptionally high expectations of their staff and pupils and therefore we look for experienced teachers who have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience delivering the UK curriculum, IGCSE, IPC, American, Canadian and/or IB (PYP, MYP, DP) curricula. Teachers and senior leaders must have relevant teaching experience and qualifications/certificates, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a BA (Hons) in Primary Education with QTS, or a degree and PGCE for Primary / Secondary with QTS. Each country has different requirements and a member of the Prospero Teaching international team will discuss these with you during registration.
As the schools here accommodate students from around the world, we require world-class teachers looking for further career progression and who also possess the flexibility to adapt to the challenges and demands that come with working in an international setting.
