My name is Abbie I am the Senior SEN Consultant for the Bristol office and have been here since 2022! Prior to Prospero I was working for the NHS 111 service, supporting those who needed it. Starting a desk from scratch came with its challenges, but thanks to all my great Clients and Staff, I love what I do! Outside of work I enjoy being with friends and family, good food, and the sunshine!

Associate Director

I’m Ash, an Associate Director here at Prospero Group. I have worked within Education Recruitment for the last 12 years across EY, Primary, Secondary and SEND. I now specialise in supporting local authorities and multi-academy trusts with bespoke recruitment solutions for looked after children, SEND and children in need. The Bristol office has gone from strength to strength, across our Education and Health and Social Care sectors. Team Manager

I’m a Team Manager within the Children Education Services department and have worked at Prospero since September 2021. Prior to joining Prospero, I went to University in Bristol and studied BA Geography. I initially joined Prospero as a Recruitment Consultant and have since been promoted to Senior and Managing Consultant, and now manage a team of 4 in the Bristol Office. I enjoy improving outcomes for young people who are not able to access formal education, and I feel that there is always a tutor/mentor or package of support we can provide that will have a positive impact on a child’s life and outlook! Outside of everything CES, I love playing and watching live sport, and currently play golf, tennis and cricket!

I’m Jess, the EYFS and Primary specialist for North Somerset and Bristol. I have been working for Prospero Teaching since 2023  from working alongside the Bristol Primary desk to now running my own desk. My background is in Sales and managing a team. In 2024 I won the award for “Rookie” of the year for Prospero Teaching, it has been a rewarding and challenging – but I love a challenge!  Outside of work I enjoy going to gigs and travelling to new and exciting places.

I’m a Senior Recruitment Specialist within the Children’s Education Service Team, where I’m passionate about connecting talented educators with meaningful opportunities to support young learners. Before moving into recruitment, I had the privilege of playing football for Cardiff City and representing Wales—an experience that taught me the value of teamwork, dedication, and resilience. Outside of work, I love holidaying in Turkey, soaking up the sun and culture. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.

My name’s Sadie. I am part of the Children’s Education Services here in Bristol and have been here since 2023! Prior to joining, I had graduated with a degree in Fashion Communication, followed by working as a marketing intern, but wanted to build upon my client facing skills. Since being part of the CES team, I have realised how much I enjoy working with children – specifically those not able to access a mainstream setting and helping those in need. Outside of the world of CES, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Grace Blackwell
Delivery Consultant

My name is Grace, I recently started working for Prospero as a Consultant within the CES team for the Bristol office. Prior to working for Prospero I was a qualified teacher for 4 years, alongside teaching swimming and offering private tuition to children within care. I’m originally from Southampton and studied at Winchester University. I completed my BEd in 2021 and found the role of a teacher very rewarding but also challenging. I moved to Bristol in January 2025 and wanted a new challenge to face. Within the role at Prospero I am still able to support children who need it, as well as challenge myself to achieve more. Outside of work, I have been figure skating for 4 years. It’s a sport that challenges you mentally and physically and I have met a great community of people. I have competed twice and plan on challenging myself with the adult nationals next year!

My name is Chris, I am the Senior Manager for the Secondary Education Team I work for the Bristol office and have been here since August 2013 Prior to Prospero I was learning my trade with another Educational Agency alongside working for the NHS as a Care Assistant I find my job to be truly enjoyable and love helping people find employment – its long hours and I have the blessing of working with some incredible humans here in the Bristol Office Outside of work, I look forward to spending time with my son and friends, and of course, making brilliant and fulfilling memories along the way

My name is Trevyn, I am a Secondary Education consultant for the Bristol office and have been here since 2023! Prior to Prospero I was living and travelling around Australia for 3 years. I had an incredible time, but it was a long 3 years without family, so I decided to come home and not long after, started working for Prospero. From starting as an account manager, to being promoted, it’s been a challenging yet rewarding couple of years. I have worked in Education Recruitment for almost 20 years and have seen quite a few changes in this time! Before working for Prospero, I worked for another agency, so I have a good understanding of the requirements and challenges schools face when recruiting staff, as well as what candidates want in terms of job roles and school settings. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, in particular my daughter who is quickly developing the same interest I have in music and festivals

I’m Sam and I cover Bristol Primary alongside Sian! I’ve completed by Primary Education degree at Bath Spa, so have a strong understanding of the inner workings of the school environment. Couple this with my recruitment experience and I have a great understanding of both side of the coin. My name is Jake, I am a Secondary Education consultant for the Bristol office and have been here since this year! Prior to being an Education consultant, I was a Grenadier Guard known better as his Majesty’s Foot Guards.. I had the honour of participating in both the Queens funeral and Kings coronation. I had an incredible time, making some friends for life but I was ready to take a step back and transition back into civilian life. I used to box within the British army, using skills like discipline and resilience what I have transferred into everyday life. Outside of the office life, I like to meet up with family and friends, train and take my dog out in the countryside!
