Year 3 Teaching Assistant

• support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons to primary-aged children.

• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive, well-structured environment.

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs.

• Help with the preparation and organisation of teaching materials and resources.

• Support the emotional and social development of children by providing guidance and encouragement.

• Assist in the assessment of student progress and contribute to record-keeping.

• Supervise children during break times and assist with lunchtime duties.

• Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure the individual needs of students are met.
