This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced and enthusiastic TAs to join a committed team dedicated to supporting pupils learning and development.

Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or 3)
Location: Hodge Hill, Birmingham
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Long-term
Working Hours: 31 hours/week (MonThurs: 8:30am3:30pm, Fri: 8:30am12:45pm)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Vacancies are available across Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, and Year 4, with roles involving general classroom support as well as some SEND provision.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified TA (Level 2 or 3)
• Previous experience in a primary school setting
• Confident supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2
• Strong communication skills and a calm, nurturing approach
• Experience working with SEND pupils is desirable

To be eligible for any job with Prospero Teaching, you must:

• · Hold Right to Work in the UK.
• · Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
• · Provide two professional child-related references that cover at least the last two years.
