Location: Liverpool

Start Date: ASAP
Are you passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential and fostering a love for learning? We are seeking a Literacy Intervention Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting low-attaining pupils within the classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted literacy interventions to pupils who require additional support in reading, writing, and comprehension.
Work collaboratively with class teachers to plan and deliver effective strategies for improving pupil outcomes.
Offer tailored one-on-one and small group support to pupils, focusing on their specific areas of need.
Create an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere that nurtures self-confidence and a positive approach to learning.
Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records to assess the impact of interventions.
What we are looking for:
A passion for literacy education and a commitment to supporting pupils who face challenges in this area.
Experience working in a primary school or a similar educational setting (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
Adaptability and a proactive attitude in a dynamic learning environment.
A Level 2 (or higher) Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
