Teaching assistant information:

Location: Camden

Position: Teaching Assistant

Type of work: Supporting students 1:1 or small groups

Math’s teaching job start date: ASAP

Contract type: 1 year

Minimum rate of pay: 80£ a day

Hour: 8 am-4pm (term time only)

The ideal graduate is one who is confident, dedicated, a strong role model, and has a positive outlook towards life. These individuals can be asked to work 1:1 with students, in small groups, intervention groups, support whole-class instruction, etc.

Teaching assistants provide students with a sense of stability and peace within the classroom, helping students feel confident in their overall learning.

As the academic year is well on its way, it is the busiest period for schools, and I would really like to invite you to register with Prospero Teaching online. The demand for Graduates over the last few weeks has drastically increased.

The majority of the schools we work with are looking for Graduates to start immediately. We also have schools who are able to extend contracts until July 2022 and will go permanent thereafter. All positions are contract roles – minimum 1 year

All positions will be fulltime and you will be based in the same school throughout your Assignment. So, you will have a guaranteed regular income, at the same school

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE SCHOOL. No Prior training/ experience is required

YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE, JUST A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.

• £10 PER HOUR MINIMUM
• Holiday every 6 weeks
• Very sociable hours – 8:30 – 3:30, Monday to Friday

Teaching Assistant Qualifications:

• degree qualified
• Good GCSE Grades
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Updated DBS
