What You Will Do

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
• Work with individual students and small groups to help them achieve learning objectives.
• Assist students with additional learning, behavioural, or social needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom.
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

About You

• You have experience working with children or young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring, or support capacity.
• You are patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping students succeed.
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You can build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• You are adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
