Supply Teachers Needed

Prospero Teaching are working with several ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ Ofsted rated schools across the BCP area who are looking for supply teachers to provide additional support with covering day to day and long term staff absences/vacancies. We are seeking newly and fully qualified teachers with a variety of specialisms to work on a supply basis.

As a supply teacher you will have the freedom to manage your own time and availability and choose whether you wish to cover a mixture of day-to-day, short term and long term bookings.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location – Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole
• Position – Supply Teacher
• Subject – Any
• Start date – ASAP
• Contract – Supply Temporary
• Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £110 per day
• Hours – 8:30am – 3:30pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a UK school
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)
• Proven teaching experience
• Flexibility to work across schools in Bournemouth/Christchurch/Poole
• Excellent time management and organisational skills

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional/child related references

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience, and payroll method.
