Supply Teachers – Fleet

Prospero Teaching are looking for flexible supply teachers to work in Secondary Schools in the Fleet and immediate surrounding areas of North Hampshire.

Due to the current challenges with staffing shortages, Schools are requiring a high volume of day to day and short term supply teachers. We are looking for teachers to cover for planned and last minute staffing absences.

Schools in the Fleet area are very lovely and pupils behave extremely well.

This position is open to experienced teachers, as well as those newly qualified. Full planning and cover work is provided.

About the Supply Teachers Position:

• Excellent daily rates at £115 -145 per day.
• Flexibility to choose the days you work and the schools you work in.
• No marking, planning or preparation – cover work is provided for you.
• Providing general cover for last minute and planned absences.

The Successful Supply Teachers will have/be:

• Strong classroom management skills while providing an inclusive learning environment.
• Confidence while teaching across Key stages 3-4.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Hold high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Posses strong interpersonal skills while communicating with parents, pupils and staff.

To be Eligible the Supply Teachers must have/be:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• The ability to provide two professional references that cover the last two years of employment.
• Hold a fully enhanced DBS certificates (child workforce only) that is registered to the Update Service, or be willing to complete one.
