About the Role:
Prospero Teaching are looking for flexible, enthusiastic and resilient individuals to work on a supply basis across a variety of SEN schools, supporting pupils with needs including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• ADHD
• Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
• Physical Disabilities and Complex Needs

Youll step into different settings, bring positivity and structure, and adapt quickly to the unique needs of each child and class.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing one-to-one or small group support tailored to individual needs
• Assisting with classroom learning and encouraging pupil independence
• Supporting with personal care or therapy activities (where required)
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff

What Were Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs
• Experience in an SEN environment (or a strong willingness to learn)
• Flexibility and adaptability no two days will be the same!
• A calm, nurturing and patient approach
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Education, or equivalent (preferred)
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
