As an Outreach Tutor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering bespoke lessons that bridge learning gaps, build confidence, and support educational progress. Many of the students you will work with may have been out of education for some time, often due to complex needs, mental health challenges, or social/emotional barriers. Your goal will be to provide structure, encouragement, and consistent learning to help them re-engage with education.

This position is ideal for experienced teachers or educators who are looking to move away from a traditional classroom setting and deliver more flexible, student-centred teaching.
