• GBP85 GBP100+ per day (depending on experience)
• Immediate & September 2025 Starts Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Help students develop social and emotional skills in a nurturing environment
• Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams
• Implement strategies and interventions tailored to individual EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)

Were Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN or behavioural needs
• A patient, empathetic, and calm approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants

• Care Workers or those with healthcare or mental health experience
• Sports Coaches with a background in mentoring
• Psychology Graduates looking for practical experience in SEN
