In addition, you will oversee other staff members involved in the delivery of examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process examination entries using the school’s computerised systems
  • Prepare, manage, and distribute examination timetables
  • Supervise exams and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and policies
  • Act as the key liaison between Exam Boards, students, and school staff
  • Oversee and support staff involved in exam administration and invigilation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar Examinations role
  • Proven ability to coordinate and deliver examination processes effectively
  • Good knowledge of awarding bodies and examination regulations
  • Experience in a school or SEN environment
  • A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
  • Able to drive to Gravesend

What We Offer:

  • Long-term roles with potential for permanent contracts
  • Full-time, term-time only working hours
  • Supportive school environments with ongoing CPD opportunities
