Are you passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives? We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Sittingbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
• Foster independence, confidence and positive behaviour

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (in school or other settings)
• A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
• Able to travel to Sittingbourne
