Secondary Teaching Assistants – Plymouth

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistants to join schools in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students’ learning and development in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Role Overview:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and students across a range of subjects.
• Assist with lesson preparation and delivery.
• Support individual students or small groups to help them achieve their potential.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A proactive and supportive approach to learning.
