Teacher of Science

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Science Teacher to join a 11-16 school in Andover on a full-time basis (part-time will also be considered). You will be joining a very high performing department achieving some of the best results in the county. The school is Good by OFSTED and the students are friendly and confident.

You will be expected have a keen on focus on progress and developing a love of science for all students. The school are looking for someone with excellent subject knowledge, who can respond creatively to the expectations of the subject and enthuse students.

ECTs are welcome to apply – the school has a successful ECT indication program providing full-support.

Experience, Training and Qualifications

• Degree
• QTS/QTLS or equivalent
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (we can offer this if not)

Eligibility

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
• Other
