School Administrator

Prospero Teacher are currently looking to fill an Admin Role in an Attendance office in a secondary school in Wigan. This would be an asap start working 8am – 4pm, 5 days a week. Potentially longer if the position isn’t filled. This would include some of the following:

· Ensuring registers and attendance marks are up to date.

· Answering absent calls.

· Weekly Attendance reports.

· Texts and calls home to parents.

You must have an enhanced DBS on the update system to be considered for the immediate start.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location – Wigan
• Position – School Administrator
• Type of work – School Admin including using SIMs and Parent Pay/mail
• Start date – ASAP
• Likely Duration – initially temporary, but can become permanent
• Temp to perm
• Full time
• Minimum rate of pay – £80 per day
• Hours – 8:00 am – 4:00pm: Mon – Fri (term time only)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
