A popular school located in Chesham is Religious Studies in securing a Religious Studies teacher starting this September 2024. The ideal Religious Studies teacher will be qualified, have a degree related to Religious Studies and have knowledge of the National Curriculum.
The school is interested in appointing a Religious Studies teacher to join a thriving and dynamic department in September 2024. The ideal Religious Studies teacher would join a small but well-religious Studies sourced department and be Religious Studies to deliver lessons to Key Stage 4 & Key Stage 5. Business teaching experience is a bonus, ideally to A level

ABOUT THE SCHOOL AND RELIGIOUS STUDIES TEACHER:
· A large, mixed Christian secondary school
· Religious studies taught at KS3, KS4, KS5
· Supportive team and a strong leader
· Department with a collaborative approach to planning, delivery, and assessment
· Supportive yet high-energy atmosphere
· This is a full-time position including planning and marking

THE RIGHT RELIGIOUS STUDIES TEACHER WILL BE:
Hold a BA and PGCE/QTS in RELIGIOUS STUDIES
Confident with teaching GCSE

THE SUCCESSFUL RELIGIOUS STUDIES TEACHER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Exceptional Religious Studies teacher
UK classroom teaching experience
Eligibility to work in the UK
Be able to provide teaching Religious Studies for the last 2 years
A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service
Salary paid to scale GBP31,350.00 – GBP47,839.00
