* Create and implement personalised learning plans to address gaps in knowledge.
* Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs.Essential Requirements:
* Experience working with pupils with SEN in a 1:1 or small group setting.
* Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in core subjects.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Two years of professional references.
