Primary Teaching Assistant

Primary Teaching Assistant – Blackpool:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join one of our lovely primary schools near to Blackpool. You will be supporting KS1 pupils.

You will be required to prepare learning resources and activities and communicate effectively with the class teacher to monitor progress of the student’s.

Position Details:

• Location: Blackpool
• Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
• Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm
• Type of Work: Temporary
• Full time/Part time: Full time only
• Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

• Up to date Safeguarding certificate within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant is essential
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification would be highly desired

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
