About the Role
- Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils across a range of subjects.
- Assist with learning activities for EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, and Key Stage 3.
- Support students with varying needs, including SEN.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and confident in adapting to different age groups and settings.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
