Prospero Teaching are looking to appoint an outstanding Primary School Teacher to work within our client Infant School in Littlehampton.

About the Role:

As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Differentiate teaching to cater to the diverse learning needs of all pupils, ensuring progress for every child.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages personal development and academic success.
  • Regularly assess pupil’s progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Uphold high expectations for behaviour, learning, and personal growth within the classroom.

Location – Littlehampton

Position – Primary School Teacher (Infant School)
Contract or position start date – September 2025
Duration – Permanent
Contract or position end date (if applicable) – N/A
Full time/part-time – Full time
Rate of pay – From £162.31 per day
Hours – 08:00am – 16:00pm (hours may vary)

Essential & Desirable Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (Essential)
  • Experience of working within a similar role (desirable)
  • Evidence of, and commitment to, continuing professional development (desirable)
  • A relevant degree or higher degree qualification (desirable)

To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:

  • Hold right to work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide references upon request
  • Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
