We are looking for a positive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Ideally, you will have:
Experience in financial accounting and budget management.
Knowledge of personnel matters and school-based systems (or a willingness to learn-training provided).
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide a team effectively.
Confidence in preparing financial reports for governing body meetings.
Excellent communication skills, ensuring interactions are warm and professional.
Outstanding organisational abilities, with a talent for prioritising tasks efficiently.
Sound judgement and integrity, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
As Business Manager, you will:
Support the Headteacher in managing and monitoring the school budget.
Prepare reports for the Headteacher and governors.
Oversee daily financial systems, ensuring smooth operations.
Take responsibility for school personnel administration, including handling new starter/leaver paperwork.
Act as GDPR Officer, ensuring data protection procedures are followed.
Oversee Health & Safety in partnership with school leadership.
Salary Scale : £35,000 – £45,000
Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 16:30pm
