About the role

One of our partnered schools is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic PMLD Teacher, to teach SEND Pupils in an alternative provision (special school). You will be teaching pupils with a wide range of individual needs but within the shared ethos of preparing young people for a happy and successful adulthood.

About you

The pupils have profound multiple learning disabilities, so you will be required to have experience in this area. We are seeking Teachers that have a passion for teaching SEND children and encouraging positive behaviour.

Contract /Position Details

• Location – Bradford Area
• Position – PMLD Teacher
• Start date – ASAP
• Duration / Likely Duration – Long term
• End date (if applicable) – N/A – Temp to perm contract.
• Contract type – Temp
• Full time/part time – Full time and part-time roles available
• Minimum rate of pay – £75 – £95 Per day
• Hours – 8:30am – 4:00pm

Experience, Training and Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a UK school
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
