Online QTS Tutor

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging online tuition in Maths or English using our dedicated tutor portal.
* Develop and implement personalised lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
* Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to learners and their guardians.
* Adapt teaching strategies to suit diverse learning styles, including support for SEN students where required.
* Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism during online sessions.

Requirements:
* QTS is mandatory – applicants without QTS will not be considered.
* Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in Maths or English.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Must have, or be willing to undertake, an enhanced DBS check.

Desired Experience:
* Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering effective online education.
