Music Teacher – Manchester – Temp to Perm

Prospero Teaching are working closely with a large secondary school in North Manchester who are seeking a Qualified and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This role is a full-time position and will be on a temp to perm basis, it is essential that you hold (QTS) Qualified Teacher Status.

The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional support to students and demonstrate good behaviour and classroom assistant/management.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location Manchester

Position Music Teacher with QTS

Start date ASAP

Contract type Temp to Perm

Minimum rate of pay GBP153.62 per day

Hours 8am 4pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

QTS, QTLS, PGCE, SCITT or equivalent

Previous experience teaching Music in a UK school

Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, but training can be provided)

Up to date Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, but training can be provided)

Music teaching experience in the UK desired

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide two professional teaching related references
