The ideal Maths Teacher will be qualified, have a degree related to Maths, knowledge of the National Curriculum. As a Maths teacher, you will be hard-working, a team player, and be someone who engages with students, work well with staff, and also parents. The school is interested in appointing a Maths Teacher to join a thriving and dynamic department immediately.

The Maths department:

The Maths department is well structured, students work in a purposeful and dynamic atmosphere where problem-solving skills are developed and encouraged across all key stages 3-5. The Head of department and Senior Leaders embrace the opportunity to enrich students through extracurricular activities, such as the UK Maths Challenge and STEP challenge as well as visits to Universities and industry.

The right Maths teacher will be:

• Hold a BA and PGCE in MATHS
• hold QTS
• Confident with teaching GCSE and A level MATHS
• Creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
• Available ASAP

The successful Maths teacher will have the following:
