Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition using Makaton or BSL.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to support students with communication barriers.
- Foster a positive and accessible learning environment.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- BSL or Makaton certification.
- Teaching qualifications (PGCE, QTS) or SEN experience.
