This College in Hillingdon is looking for a motivated Travel & Tourism Lecturer to join our outstanding team and deliver high-quality teaching that prepares learners for real-world success in this vibrant industry.

The Role

• Youll deliver engaging lessons across a range of Travel & Tourism programmes, ensuring students gain both the academic knowledge and vocational skills they need to progress into higher education or employment. As part of your role, youll also be expected to support ESOL learners by delivering numeracy (Entry to Level 1), Essential Digital Skills, or vocational content embedded within the curriculum.

What Were Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will have:

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area (e.g. Travel, Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality).

• A degree in a related subject is highly desirable.

• Industry experience in the travel and tourism sector (e.g. travel agencies, airlines, tour operations, hospitality).

• Some teaching or training experience, formal or informal.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and support learners.
