Your Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Support childrens academic and personal development, ensuring progress across all subjects.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident to learn.
Work closely with support staff and SENCOs to provide additional support where needed.
Assess, track, and report on pupils progress, working in partnership with parents and colleagues.

What Were Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Year 3 Teacher who has:
A valid teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to maintaining high expectations.
A passion for working with children, including those with additional needs.
A collaborative and proactive approach to teaching and learning.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
Provide two professional references related to education.
Hold up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable, but not essential as training is provided).
