Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work with a KS1 class in New Brighton.

General Teaching Assistant – New Brighton

Are you looking for a new and rewarding challenge?

Are you motivated by seeing others progress and develop?

Prospero are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with a school in New Brighton. The strongest applicant will have an early years qualification and experience working with KS1 in a Primary School setting.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Location – New Brighton
  • Position – KS1 Teaching Assistant
  • Type of work – Long Term
  • Start date – Monday 16th December
  • Contract type – Long-term Temporary
  • Full time/part time – Full time
  • Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £95 per day
  • Hours – 8:30am – 3.30pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Teaching Assistant qualification or higher/equivalent (Desirable)
  • Previous experience working with young people.
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional references.
