We are looking for a dedicated HLTA to join our enthusiastic team immediately.

Your Role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will:

Deliver high-quality support to teachers and students across various classes.

Plan and deliver lessons to small groups or whole classes under the supervision of a teacher.

Support pupils with varying needs, including those with SEN.

Help to create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.

Work closely with staff to enhance pupils’ educational experiences.

What Were Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate HLTA who has:

A valid HLTA qualification (or equivalent).

Strong experience supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach to learning support.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.

Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service or be willing to process a new application.

Provide two professional references.

Hold up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable, training provided if needed).
