History Tutor

Job Title: History Tutor
Location: Sydenham, London
Contract Type: Temporary, Flexible, Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £25-30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalised History tuition to GCSE students.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs.
* Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles, including those of SEN students.
* Foster a supportive, stimulating learning environment that encourages academic success.

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in History at GCSE level.
* PGCE in History and/or QTS status.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Must have, or be willing to undertake, an enhanced DBS check.

Desired:
* Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable.
