Prospero Teaching are looking for Teacher to join a school in West Berkshire, where you will be working as Head of the Maths Department where you will be working with an experienced team who are passionate about the development of their students.

The school we are working with are particularly interested in speaking in an experience Maths Teacher who is now looking to progress in their career.

​​As a Teacher at the School, your day will be varied and interesting you will be able to follow a flexible structure whilst supporting the children and young people by providing bespoke therapeutic educational frameworks that are tailor made to each child and young person.

Contract Details

• Location – Hungerford, West Berkshire
• Position – Head of Maths
• Type of work – HOD
• Contract or position start date – ASAP
• Contract or position end date (if applicable) – Permanent
• Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) – Permanent
• Full time/part time – Full time
• Minimum rate of pay – £38,000pa.
• Hours – 8:30 am – 4pm, plus parents evenings

Experience, Training and Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

Eligibility

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
