Graduate Teaching Assistant – Liverpool

Working on behalf of our client in Liverpool (L31), Prosper Teaching are recruiting a graduate to work as a teaching assistant within Key Stage 2. The incoming graduate teaching assistant is to start in ASAP and will work for the full academic year. Successful applicants will be aspiring teachers of the future who have previous experience of supporting primary aged children on a voluntary basis or as a tutor.

* Teaching Assistant post (Graduate)

* Paid experience before PGCE in 2020

The incoming Teaching assistant will work with groups of identified lower ability children to help raise attainment in Key Stage 2. As a graduate teaching assistant you will work alongside the Year 6 Teacher to help support pupil learning with lower ability pupils. Whilst at the school you will be given guidance and support from a strong Senior Leadership team.

Candidates looking to apply will need to have the following

* A degree in any subject

* Previous teaching assistant/tutor or support experience (desirable)

* Strong academic record (GCSE and A-level’s in your chosen subject)

* A confident and outgoing personality and commitment to working for the full year
