Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – South Manchester
Pay: £103.95-£110 per day (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Assist the class teacher with differentiated learning activities
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
Help implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Observe pupil progress and report back to teaching staff
Requirements:
A recent graduate (Education, Psychology, Childhood Studies, or related fields preferred but not essential)
A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
