Schools in South Manchester are seeking reliable Graduate Teaching Assistants who can support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, communication challenges and learning delays. As a flexible Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across different schools each week, gaining exposure to a wide range of pupil needs and classroom environments.
Daily Rate: £103.95 (Umbrella)
Start: ASAP
Contract: Daily supply, term-time only
Working Pattern: Completely flexible – pick your days
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support across various classrooms
Assist teachers with learning tasks, behaviour support and routines
Help pupils with emotional regulation, communication and social development
Adapt to different schools and quickly build rapport with pupils
Gain real classroom experience to support future teaching or psychology careers
A degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies or similar (preferred)
A strong interest in SEN and child development
Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
A patient, calm and confident approach
Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple schools
