GCSE maths tutor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring for GCSE Maths (Foundation/Higher level)

• Help the student develop key mathematical skills, focus, and exam techniques

• Adapt teaching methods to support the student’s learning needs, with a patient and understanding approach

• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure improvement over the 10-week period

Requirements:

• Experience tutoring GCSE Maths, particularly with students who have ADHD

• Strong communication skills and the ability to create a calm, engaging learning environment

• A flexible and patient approach to teaching

• Ideally, a background in teaching or tutoring Maths, but not essential

Additional Information:

• This will be a weekly session of 1 hour for 10 weeks

• The student is located in the N12 area (North London)

• £25-30 per hour, depending on experience
