Ideal Candidates:
– QTS teachers or tutors with Functional Skills experience
– Patient, practical, and emotionally literate approach
– Confident working with disengaged or NEET learners
– Comfortable delivering English and/or Maths
Requirements:
– Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
– Right to work in the UK
– Experience with low-attaining or vulnerable learners preferred
