Experienced SEN Tutor

Job Title: Experienced SEN Tutor
Location: Greenwich, London
Contract Type: Temporary, Flexible, Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small group tuition for students with complex SEN needs, delivering structured lessons in core subjects or Functional Skills.
• Develop individualised learning plans tailored to each student’s needs and abilities.
• Adapt teaching methods to support varied learning styles, ensuring lessons are engaging and accessible.
• Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback and targeted intervention strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with complex SEN needs.
• Experience tutoring core subjects or Functional Skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• ABA Tuition experience is highly desirable.
• A teaching qualification such as PGCE or QTS is preferred.
