You will be supporting students who are involved with the SEN department, who may have additional needs.
Often the students supported within the SEN department will have autism, ADHD, SEMH, or trauma, and some are disengaged from mainstream education.
You must have experience working with children who display challenging behaviours, preferably with de-escalation training. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, understanding and keen to support young people who need that little bit extra.
