ESOL Tutor Wanted for Headington (OX3) and Abingdon (OX13)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ESOL tutor to deliver face-to-face tuition to young people in the Headington and Abingdon areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students in improving their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English.

About the Role:

• Deliver weekly 2-hour ESOL sessions to small groups of studentsx

• Sessions will take place on a fixed day and time, likely in the afternoon or early evening to accommodate college schedules

• Support students with homework and provide additional guidance or resources as needed

• Build consistent relationships that support both language development and confidence

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering ESOL tuition, ideally to young people

• Able to commit to term-time tutoring for a minimum of six months (full programme duration preferred)

• Reliable and consistent – able to maintain a regular schedule to build trust and familiarity

Locations: Headington and Abingdon
Schedule: Weekly 2-hour sessions, afternoons/early evenings (term-time only)
Commitment: Minimum of 6 months
