Early Years Teacher – Fareham

Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our client Infant School in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding educator to inspire young learners and make a meaningful impact in their early development.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and academic growth

• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of all pupils, ensuring every child thrives

• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to enhance student outcomes

• Promote positive behaviour and uphold high expectations for learning and personal development

Position Details:

• Location: Fareham

• Role: Early Years Teacher (Infant School)

• Start Date: September 2025

• Contract Type: Permanent

• Hours: Full-time (08:00am – 16:00pm, subject to variation)

• Salary: From £162.31 per day

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Desirable: Experience in a similar role, commitment to professional development, and a relevant degree or higher qualification

Eligibility Criteria:

• Right to work in the UK

• Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (registered with the online update service or willingness to apply)

• References available upon request

• Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (or willingness to complete training)
