Location: L15, Liverpool UK

Position: Early Career Teacher (Primary School)

Is your role coming to an end or are you looking for a new opportunity, we are looking for a cross key stage ECT to support a school with PPA Cover. This gives you the opportunity to work with different year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to primary school students.

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and active learning.

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and career progression.

  • Engage with parents, guardians, and the wider school community to support student success and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and completion of an Initial Teacher Training (ITT) program.

  • A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive impact on student’s lives.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

  • Enthusiasm for professional growth and development.
