As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education during teacher absences. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom behaviour.
• Support students with their learning and provide assistance where needed.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the overall school community.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting student development.
• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one.
