Pay Range: £100 – £125 per day

Prospero Teaching is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated full-time Cover Coordinator to lead classrooms and organise any sickness cover for a Secondary School in Liverpool. This role is temporary to permanent, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about education to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise cover for any absence across the school.
• Lead and manage classrooms during teacher absence.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively.
• Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Uphold good order and discipline within the classroom.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor.
• Open to applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), Graduates, and experienced Class Leaders.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to various subjects and year groups.
• Hold Right to Work in the UK.
• Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to initiate a new application.
• Provide two professional child-related references.
