We are seeking an experienced and passionate Art Tutor to join our team in Southwark. This role involves delivering engaging art lessons to students, with a focus on fostering creativity and artistic skills. If you have a strong background in teaching art and experience working in schools, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and educational art lessons tailored to the needs of the students.
  • Encourage creativity and support the development of artistic techniques and skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and help them progress in their artistic abilities.
  • Work in collaboration with school staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience teaching art is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is required.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check, or already possess one.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching different age groups and skill levels.
  • A passion for art and education, with a commitment to helping students reach their potential.
