Job Title: Admin/Receptionist – Secondary School (Carmarthen)

About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is currently seeking an Admin/Receptionist for a secondary school in Carmarthen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic school environment on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for working in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
· General administrative duties including handling phone calls, emails, and school correspondence.
· Managing the school reception, greeting visitors, and providing assistance.
· Assisting with school data and records (SIMS experience is a bonus).
· Supporting school staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in an admin or reception role is preferable but not essential.
· SIMS training is advantageous, though not required.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
· A positive attitude and a commitment to the role.
